Our eggs-traordinary Shrove Tuesday event is now a staple in the Reading events calendar.

Competing teams from companies and organisations from across Reading egged on by cheering crowds of spectators take on pancake flipping relay races with the aim of raising vital funds for Launchpad's work in preventing homelessness across Reading.

In 2024, 36 teams of four represented businesses and organisations from across Reading and raced for the right to win our coveted frying pan trophy. After many very close races our 2024 winners were a team from RSM UK Ltd.
